In particular, extrabet retains account registration data and KYC documents for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.

Where personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, extrabet will securely delete or anonymize such data in accordance with its data retention and disposal procedures.

If extrabet becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, such data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be closed.
